SVPC's newsletter are saved in a special file called an Adobe PDF.  If you are having trouble downloading the Tell It, you may need to install a free version of Adobe Reader.  You will only have to do this once.  Click on the highlighted word Adobe above to take you to the Adobe web page.  From there you only have to follow the simple instructions to get your download. This process will take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes depending on your modem speed.  You can do other tasks on your computer as it is downloading or you can take a coffee break - enjoy.
